Saad understood every single requirement of mine and it turned out as I anticipated(perfect room sizes, backyard, front yard and ceiling height) and never compromised quality as I tested every single corner of the house during last two heavy rains. His advise in selecting colors, tiles, wardrobes were an outstanding perfect match and it really helped me as a first home buyer. He stick to contract amount never increased base price during the build process. Mr. Cool project manager Amaan(samajdaar ladka) has been very helpful during the build process and handover time. Allen has been very helpful post handover warranty support and responds quickly as soon as I messages him.
